Afina Partners was created in 2012 as a boutique agency to bridge the gap between traditional recruitment companies and executive search firms.

Before establishing Afina Partners, Emma Miller worked for many years at Anderson Hoare. Prior to that she worked both in-house and agency-side in PR & Communications – beginning by assisting the PR team of a healthcare marketing company, moving on to digital PR company Relish Communications, followed by a year in Sydney. More recently she was a PR Manager for the Conran Shop and PR & Fundraising Manager for the children’s charity Kids Company.
Emma’s long and varied career, agency and client-side across PR, Communications, Fundraising and Recruitment makes her well-placed to understand the needs of both clients and candidates.
